Lease Renewals / Roommate Switches for 2025-26
If you plan to renew for your current apartment:
Once confirmed, a new lease will be available to sign on your Tenant Portal. If there are any roommate changes for next year you can write in the names of who will be on the next lease. Any new tenants will need to fill out an application through the website. Current tenants who renew their apartment by through October 31 receive this year’s (2024-25’s) rental rate.
The renewal lease dates for next year are 4/28/25-4/26/26 or 8/4/25-8/2/26.

If you are requesting an apartment change:
You can request an apartment style change within the same building or to a different building in the community. Include your requested building and style on the form as well as any changes in roommates. Leases will be offered on November 1 based on availability. Tenants get priority over new applicants for requested apartments, but lease at the 2025-26 rental rate for an apartment change.
If you are still undecided:
The priority renewal period is through October 31 so you still have time to think. If you have questions on the timeline please reach out!
We will accept renewal requests until all apartments for the upcoming year are filled.
