Individual Lease Options
Don’t want to commit to a joint lease with a group? That’s okay! The individual lease is a great option for students wanting to manage their own lease but still share an apartment with others and enjoy all the same apartment and community amenities as tenants on a joint lease. Request friends as roommates or let us fill the other bedrooms – either way, there’s plenty of flexibility with the individual lease option!
Utilities Included
On an Individual Lease all utilities are included in the monthly rent price! Your rent covers electric, water, sewer, heat (natural gas), garbage, plowing, and wifi internet.
Shared Space
Tenants will have an individual lease for their own shared or private bedroom in the apartment and share the kitchen, living room, and laundry with their assigned roommate(s).
