A new name, the same ideal location, and more great things to come! As the student population at Michigan Tech continues to grow, we are growing with it. What started in 2014 with one building will soon be three buildings joining together as a single community. We’ll be able to offer more for our tenants – everything from expanded floor plan options to an on-site convenience store.
As part of the change, the two current apartment buildings on site will be renamed. Julien Heights will become E2 and Hillcrest Apartments will become E3. They will join the new building, E1, currently being built and set to open August 2024.
You will see logos and signage change over the next few months as we transition from independent buildings into a single community. We intend to make this transition as smooth as possible for our current tenants, as well as all the future tenants who will be joining us next year. Stay tuned for all The Elements has to offer!
