We are excited to announce a new building will be joining the neighborhood with Hillcrest and Julien Heights! The new building, set to open August 2024, will feature a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, and 4-bedroom apartments as well as gathering spaces for tenants of all three buildings. These spaces will include social and study lounges, a fitness center, a convenience store, and an outdoor patio. With the growing population at Michigan Tech we know there is a need for additional housing close to campus and easily accessible to students, faculty, and staff. Sitting between the center of the main campus and the SDC and Tech Trails, this will be a great option to stay close to campus without having to live on! We will post more updates here as we have them.
